Perpetual Reserve 90-21

The house's flagship, 100% perpetual reserve Champagne, a solera style blend drawing on reserve wines dating back to 1990 through to 2021. Intense golden colour with brilliant reflections. Complex and vinous, like a mature white wine, with rich fruit and nutty notes, brioche, toasted hazelnut and dried fruit, hints of fresh custard and white peach, over a creamy mousse and a long, saline finish. Every component is barrel fermented in Argonne oak with a minimum of three years on lees before disgorgement, the house's signature style of low pressure bottling gives an unusually fine bead for such a rich wine.
